Demolition and Installation of new HVAC Units on McGurl and Locomotive Building Rooftop. Work also included all related tasks such as electrical work, Control work, installation of dampers, cables, conduits and associated components, repair/modify roof curbs, installation of steel dunnage, roof repair work/patchwork, duct and gas penetrations, waterproofing, fire alarm testing, rigging & testing of the HVAC units.
