Description: Waterproofing and replacement of roofs, repair of parapets, restoration of façade elements and incidental masonry repair work. The scope of the work is to install new roofing system, new flashings at parapet walls & penetrations, rehabilitate existing roof wood trusses, replace deficient wood truss members, temporary shoring, metal framing & sheet rock, replace existing drains, clean & maintain roof gutters downspouts & drainage leaders and install new gutter leaf guards.
